**IMPORTANT** Because our resort is built into a beautiful hillside, most of our condos have multiple levels of stairs to climb in order to access them. If stairs are an issue for anyone in your party, please contact the front desk as soon as possible. If you are in an upper unit, we will try our best to move you based on availability. We also have staff available to assist in carrying luggage up and down the stairs.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be received 15 days prior to arrival and 30 days prior to arrival during holidays. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation at anytime. If cancellation requests are not received within the stated timeframe, the initial 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Check-in: Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. All units are inspected after cleaning. Units are not available for occupancy until 3pm. Your cooperation with this policy insures proper cleaning and maintenance of all units. If you have a special circumstance and need to check-in early, please contact our front office staff and we will attempt to accommodate your request.
Late Arrival: If you arrive to the resort after office hours, your packet will be located in the Late Arrivals box to the left of the front door. Please come down to the front office the following morning to check-in.
Check-out: Check-out is at 10:00 am. You must return all keys issued to you by the front desk before the check-out process may be finalized. If you require a late check-out, please contact our front office staff and we will attempt to accommodate your request.
Cribs (Pack and Plays) and Aerobeds: These items are available to borrow from the resort at no additional cost. Supplies are limited so please contact our front office to reserve one of these items for your stay.
Lost and Found: Please inspect your room thoroughly before you check-out. The front office holds items for ten (10) days. Items left behind will be sent via a local mail service, upon request.
Miscellaneous Items: Additional kitchen items (ie. blenders, tea pot, cheese grater, etc) are available at the front desk. In addition, DVDs, board games and sports equipment are available to borrow from the resort. Please stop by the front desk during normal office hours to borrow these items.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. Arrangements may be made at local pet boarding facilities. Guests requiring the use of "service animals" should inform the Front Desk when booking their reservation. Documentation for the service animal will be required at check-in.
Quiet Time: Mountainside Resort at Stowe prides itself in being a family resort. Excessive noise must cease at 10 PM. This includes the decks and parking lot. No loitering will be permitted after 10 PM. Please keep your television and/or stereo volume down and respect the privacy of other guests at the Resort.
